You keep making transactions using my card's account, paying and sending me products I do not need!

Hello! I have ordered one set of hair products while I was in USA (now I have returned to Romania where I permanently live), and surprisingly you kept sending me products to the old address! And making transactions using my Chase account! This is unacceptable! I want you to check my account on yahoo.com, make a full refund on my card for the last 2 transactions and stop sending me whatever you send. Please delete me from your list and contact Chase Bank in Park City, Utah where I got the card. I intend to complain about this to Chase Company if you don't take the right measures or take my complaint into consideration! I am looking forward to hearings from you!

this company is committing FRAUD charging credit cards saying you dont exist in system making bogus account with personal info only to change the first name and phone number so you can not access any acct. money has been taken from my account they say i dont exist in the system how can I not exist and have no acct if they have taken my money ? again THIS IS FRAUD AND COMPANY WILL BE FLAGGED FOR FRAUD THIS IS NOT ONLY FRAUD BUT TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE ***

Customer Service Absolutely the Worst!

Great product, horrible customer service. Worse than horrible. Beware of their billing practices. No one seems to know what is going on. Made over a dozen calls to get payments straightened out. How hard can it be when it's on autopay? Ended up in collection after talking with customer service and authorizing a payment. They neglected to follow up with that payment and sent me to collection anyway. Collection had no record of me and Wen wouldn't even talk to me because the account was in "collection" and closed. Meanwhile I get product in the mail billed to an account that is closed. Go figure. The last phone call I made to customer service was ended by that representative when she hung up on me when she had no idea how to answer my questions. I'll order my Wen from Amazon from now on.

I have been having such horrible issues with customer service and billing. It's really ridiculous that they can't get a credit card in the system correct not once not twice I mean really not even a third time.

What is going on with this company that they can't get the order right or the billing information right either. I had to just cancel 5 different people there gave all different stories. Even a customer service supervisor named Rasheda couldn't get it right and she sure didn't care If I canceled either.

WOW GREAT CUSTOMER RETENTION. CHAZ DEAN IS MISSING A WHOLE BUNCH OF CUSTOMERS DUE TO THIS ISSUE.

Most amazing hair product I have ever used!

This product offers way above the expectations sold to you. My hair is soft manageable cleaner than ever before and completely tangle free. I love the smell. My favorite is the Lavender. This is by far the best hair product I have ever used . I have thick, coarse, dry hair and now it feels like silk and is very shiny and easy to come. I would recommend this product to people of all ages and all hair types just like the commercials say. My hair looks and smells fresh all day and night. I even use it on my dog and my grandkids it's just so amazing

Was signed up for membership without knowing

I decided to do the tv offer for the WEN product and next thing I know I have money coming out of my account. There customer service hung up on me because I was refusing to pay to mail back a product I didn't order and asked to speak to a supervisor, then had to call back got a client to agree I didn't have to pay to return and sent me a mailing label so I sent product back and I am still having the money being taken out of my account and getting no results! Called customer service again because they took a final payment out and she told me that I should have go a tracking on my mailing. Well they sent me a return label I told them I wasn't paying for a return that I had not ordered and got nothing but a blame on me. Then I get an email that I should be reimbursed back after 6 weeks of them receiving the product minus shipping and handling. They are the worst company out there and will never in my life recommend or do anything with them!

Hey! I have almost the same problem as u did!

Please tell me what should I do to get a full refund on my card and prevent them from making transactions on my behalf? I have ordered the offer I saw on TV about Wen Hair products, and then I left USA in October. But the owner from my old address in USA told me that Wen Company keeps sending me stuff! I desperately want to solve this issue.

The worst thing is that they use my account and money keep coming out from it! It already happened twice, approx.

$ 90 lost but I demanded a full refund!

I will be grateful if you give me some piece of advice!

You cannot be legally made to pay for something you did not order. If you let your credit card company know what's going on with WEN and dispute the charges, they will credit your account and file a claim with WEN.

Be sure that when you return WEN products that you get a tracking number so you can PROVE they rec'd the return. This is classic Guthy-Renker tactic.

The net/net: it is your credit card company's job to protect you from predatory online retailers like WEN, so no matter how many times they pull this *** with you, your bank has to give you a credit. I would be shocked to learn that there ANY bank in existence, at least in the USA, that hasn't deal with this same WEN issue.

You've been scammed like so many other people. You need to file an online complaint with the BBB (Better Business Burean), they will get you a full refund back from this scam company, don't bother mailing their products back, they only want your money.

As long as I wasn't in the USA anymore, bothering to mail their products back wasn't an option, thankfully.

However, be careful what companies you trust, whoever is reading this complaints. Just for yr own good and peace.

Cancelled returned product daughter on used twice sent to collections

This company has been an absolute abomination to deal with. Not only have they charged for product never received. They have overbilled and sent us to collections after discussing with them numerous times that we do not have the product. My mother made an initial order of this product for my daughter. She then cancelled the product and my daughter signed up for it to try it using my card because she had no credit card. She cancelled the product after a month and called when the product kept coming it was returned with refused shipment on the boxes. This continued to the tune of $480 + . She then actually moved to a different apartment and they with no forwarding address to stop this company. But as un ethical as they are they continued to charge my card without receiving the product. I called 4 times and sent a letter with no stop. I have had the credit card refuse payment and now they have sent me to SKO Brenner America for collections of $98.44. At every opportunity I will now let everyone know what a dishonest *** of a company THis CHAZ DEAN IS...Never ever get involved with them.....

we are having a similar experience.. Ordered a $50.00 item not realizing it was on a recurring order basis.

Received the order, not that great really to begin with. Then received another one of the same thing the next month. Called to Cancel it and now we are still being billed for the *** things each month. Not sure what to do calling again to cancel.

Real scam artists here....

Yes I accidently ordered 2 of them orders for$29.95 and only wanted 1 so I called customer service and told them what happened and was told that they could not do anything about it I don't want 2 orders coming from my account so please after I receive my first order please cancel my account if this can't be fixed.

Great product

I love it! I have been using it for 2 years on my color treated hair. I have never been dissatisfied with the product. When I first started buying it I went through the infomercial site and had several problems with auto shipments and payments. Since then, I have been ordering through amazon or the Chaz Dean website and have been much happier. The product is wonderful but the company that sponsors the infomercial is a gimmick to get you to buy more product. I've had several encounters with this type of program. I have learned never to order from this type of program/auto delivery system again.

Cancellation is a nightmare

Rec'd shampoo and didn't love it. Was under the assumption they would send me more in 90 days so I put on my calendar to call before 90 days to cancel. A second shipment came in 30 days. Who uses that much product in 30 days?? I called to cancel and shipped back the product (cost $13 in shipping). They told me that my membership would still be active. Called a 2nd time bc there was misc S&H I was billed for and at that time I told them to CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP. 90 days later I'm billed again - WTF!?! Of course they don't have record of my request for membership cancellation. Package should be arriving in the next day or so and I'm going to write REFUSED on the box so they can get it back and I don't have to pay for it.

I ordered the product THEN 10 min. later saw an ad in the paper for 10.00 less 19.99 rather then 29.99 (last week) I called immediately and they said TOO LATE its being processed- as of today (week later) it has not even been shipped so it was not even billed and they could have changed the price!

Problem anytime you use an oversees company they don't know how to treat customers, they take offense you are personally taking money away from them they cannot transfer you to the US.

CHAZ DEAN earning 11 million a year he certainly could refund 10.00!!

Can not get Wen Hair Care to respond? Read this

Ordered 1 time was put on auto order COULD NOT STOP IT

I just want to say this: I own an Internet Company - I sell products on my website. I use Paypal and credit cards for payment Of my products on my website. I COULD NEVER GET AWAY WITH THIS EVEN IF I WAS AS A UNDERHANDED SNEAKY THEIF AS CHAZ DEAN IS- How he doing these reorder charges Time and again- unauthorized - and In my case - no product shipping out IS NOT POSSIBLE- YET HE IS DOING IT. I ordered the 39.95 90 day supply got it, loved it, ran out?

I have never got another package, went online and they informed me its a separate company then the info show, didn't even try to sell me anything. Iv been using wen for almost 5 mo with thin straight hair its been a miracle, I just ordered a bottle off ebay to get me threw so I can figure why I haven't got another shipment. Most things your order like Meaningful beauty it comes every few months. Great product that should be sold in stores, so their is no confusion and angry people like Iv read about. I suggest getting your info number and wen website all connected if its not heading to stores soon. The blow dry stuff is great for thin color treated fine hair.5***** product 2** customer service

There is nothing on their website when ordering that alerts you of their automatic reoccurring subscription plan. This is a scam, everyone should be filing an online complaint with the BBB (Better Business Burean) for a full refund.

Actually on their website it does show it is a autoship program...Alot of people don't read the print..I feel bad for all who have had problems there really is no excuse for this, an Mr. Chaz Dean should take this problem an fix it..Does he not realize with all the complaints it is not acceptable...I prefer to order from QVC an have been for a few yrs they are great to deal with....The other thing is i don't get why these people who order an use their credit card don't go straight to the CC co. first to have the payments stopped being taken out when they can't get satifaction from the inept customer service from the site...

Yes there is...it says you're signing up for auto-ship/auto-pay and you need to call to cancel before it ships again if you don't like it. Every single product you order online works this way.

Just dispute the charge on your card if you're unhappy.

Total Scam Sent to collections after cancellation

I ordered this once and got stuck on their auto-delivery system (failed to read the fine print) and was not told that this would happen. After receiving way too much product I called and cancelled my account. Continued to bill me until my credit card expired. Now I am receiving collection letter two years later. I have great credit and this makes me furious. Do not want to pay unjustified charges but do not want to have this on my credit report. How can they do this, I never signed anything agreeing to be stuck with Wen for the rest of my life!! Beware of this deceptive business practice!!!!!
