I ordered Wen the 1st week in Sept. It was shipped on Sept.
6, I never received it. I emailed twice & requested CS to call me. They just billed my credit card 3 days later for a 2nd order, so now I have paid for 2 & recieved nothing! Now CS is informing me I must complete an affidavid, once its mailed to me, IF I GET IT.
Then I will get a refund on my credit card. MR. DEAN, GET A CLUE, READ THE COMPALINTS. YOU HAVE A GOOD PRODUCT, APPARENTLY, I WOULDNT KNOW SINCE I'VE YET TO GET ANYTHING.
BUT OMG GET A BETTER ORDERING & CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPANY.
You are propbably losing customers and I probably will be one of them & I wont even get to try your product. Please show some loyalty to your fans and act quickly.
